Mix 2 Tbsp yoghurt with 1 tsp lemon and 1tsp honey. Apply on face for 20 minutes and wash it off with cold water. You can use this mask regularly.
Clay mask:
Take 1 tbsp multani mitti or earthen clay. Mix it with 1 tsp yoghurt, 1tsp lemon and apply on face for 15minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water in a scrubbing patter. Can be applied on regular days.
4 .Ice therapy has many advantages
Make it a regime. Get up every morning and rub one ice cube on the face. Ice tightens the skin pores and enhances glow leading to regulated blood circulation !
You can also use it like a primer. Rub an ice cube before applying makeup to for a long lasting makeup!
5. Never underestimate the importance of the Sleep
