While summer arrives you  face many skin and health problems. There is a natural and simple way to get rid of these problems. So lets check it out.

Summers are here. The heat can wreck havoc on your skin, tanning, darkspot, pigmentation, wrinkles etc. Moisturizing your skin is essential. The extreae heat that dehydrates your body and makes your skin dry. You need to exfoliate your skin . It cleans away the dead skin cells that clog your pores. For exfoliation scrubbing is the best method. Scrubbing makes your skin bright and bouncy. Don't exfoliate your skin daily. Scrub your skin 2-3 times for a week.

First wash your face with cleansing milk or a mild face wash. Then use toner and after that choose a non-oily and water based moisturizer and apply it on your face before going to bed.

Prepare your face pack: According to your face and body , mix curd, gram flour and rice flour to create a thick paste. Apply it on your entire body, gently rub for 15 minutes and rinse throughly with cold water.

Don't forget to take care of your feet. Give at least a pedicure per month to your feet. You can scrub off the dead skin of your feet at home. You need to moisturize your feet in daily basis. 

The skin on your hands wrinkles and get tanned easily, so be sure to use sun's cream daily.

Take a cold shower daily. It keeps your mind cool and refresh.

Protect your skin from sun rays with sun's cream. According to your skin choose a suitable sun's cream with SPF 30(minimum) and apply it on your skin. Repeat it after 3 hours.

Aloe vera gel helps to get rid of sun burn intantly.

Now let's go to the hair hacks.

You are continuously sweating in summer. It causes sweat on the scalp. Sweat attracks dust and pollution. You need to clean your hair. You should apply pure coconut oil on your hair  for 15 minutes. Leave it for over night. Next morning, wash your hair with mild shampoo. Wash your hair minimum 4 times for a week. You can feel your hair getting soft and nourished. You can mix vit-E capsules ( not more than 2 capsules per week) with coconut oil and massage it on your scalp. 

Summer is full of enjoying things. You should look fresh and pretty all time even when weather is cheating on you. Water proof make up is best for summer. Use nude shade lipstick during summer. You can go bold with purple color for a traditional summery look. Never look too oily with use of shinny products.

Always carry tissue paper (wet and dry). During summer less makeup is best. 

For everyday makeup: just use waterproof Kajol, eyeliner, bb or cc cream, lip gloss (spf 15) and face powder.

To maintain pH balance and moisture of your body and to not get faint due to dehydration, you need to drink more sufficient water. You should drink at least 3 liter per day including lots of friut juices.

Follow a healthy diet. An excellent mix of fruits, veggies, boiled egg and chicken etc. Avoid junk food and red meat during summer.
