Blue black winged liner: breaking the STEREOTYPE.

Breaking the barriers of a single colour winged eyeliner why not try a bi colour winged one. Sounds weird but if well executed it can do wonders for that special date or any other occasion.
Things required.:
1. Black eyeliner ( I have used ele 18 liner.)
2. Blue eyeliner. ( I have used blue heaven blue liner _in shade aqua blue.)
3. mascara.
4. A preped and primed face.
METHOD:
Prime your face.
Make a balck winged liner of your choice preferably.
Do not make a thick black liner. Make it thick enough to apply another thin coat.
This blue liner will act as a highlighter of the black liner.
