How To Get Rid Off Black Knees And Elbows

Black knees and elbows are more common problem in India. Black knees and elbows occur when there is a buildup of thick and dead skin that is caused by friction.
This condition can happen to anyone, it can happen to anyone in any skin tone and skin type .Too much rubbing in these areas will bring the black buildup on, and can happen easily from leaning your elbows on the table or kneeling on the ground. If you’re out in the sun a lot you may also notice the elbows becoming darker.Not taking the time to exfoliate these areas will result in them turning dark and becoming unappealing.
Here are some home remedies to prevent it-
1. Sugar and Olive oil scrub- Exfoliation is most important to get rid off this problem.So by this process we can do both exfoliation and moisturisation one at a time.At first mix sugar and olive oil then apply it on your knee and elbow area dn rub it for 5 minutes.Then rinse it off with normal water,you’ll notice a big difference in the black skin on your knees and elbows.
2. Lemon and Honey- Lemon juice has natural bleaching properties, and the honey will moisturize the skin helping to prevent further blackening of the knees and elbows. The juice of one lemon and one tablespoon of honey should be mixed together and left on the skin for at least twenty minutes. Wash off this mixture and you will immediately notice your skin is much lighter.
3.Yogurt,Tomato pulp,Vinegar- All this ingredients has bleaching properties which help to remove black spots.So by using this with other moisturising thing like(natural oil,olive oil),you can get rid off from black knee or elbow problem.
4.Baking soda-Baking soda is used in many homw remedies,and here also it is used.You can take 1 table spoon of baking soda then mix it with 1 table spoon of milk.Make a paste and apply this.After 5 minutes of rubbing,rinse it off with normal water.Use it 2 days after then you can see results automatically.
5.Turmeric,milk and honey-Mixture of this three works wonder for your skin.Termaric work as antiseptic,milk as bleaching,and honey as moisturising.Make a paste and apply it for 20 minutes then rub 2 minutes before wash it off.You see the result instantly.
Here are some tips which is given.If you exfoliate and moisturise your skin every week then you do not need to worry about your knees and elbows everyday.Exfoliation and moisturization is must for every skin.
