Why Skin Care Is Important?

Skin is your body's largest organ. It serves as a protective barrier between your insides and the rest of the world, helps regulate body temperature and acts as a filter. Skin exists in a constant state of growth, with old cells dying as new cells are forming.

For daily skin care, you can follow three simple steps: cleaning your skin, protecting it from the sun, and tending to any specific skin problems you may have, such as dry skin, acne, or fine lines and wrinkles. Products for the below steps are available in the local Natural beauty store.
Clean your skin. Choose your skin cleanser based on skin type. Avoid products such as toners, which contain alcohol.

Protect your skin from the sun. Experts suggest to use SPF of 30 or higher and wear it every day. But remember if you have sensitive skin, choose a sunscreen product designed for your skin.
