Ginger Shot Recipe

Ingredients:

 

 

300 grams (10 1/2 oz.) of ginger

 

1 sliced lemon

 

3-4 lemons

 

2 Tbsp. of honey

 

1 small tea bag

 

Method:

 

 

Juice the 3-4 lemons and set aside. Peel and slice the ginger into small pieces. Boil the ginger and sliced lemon in 1.5 liters (6 1/3 cups) of water for 30-45 minutes with the lid on. Turn off the heat and add the tea bag, the honey, and lemon juice. Leave to rest for 30 minutes before straining it to remove the sliced ginger and lemons. If stored in the fridge, the concoction should be good for a week.

 

Turmeric Shot Recipe

 

 This turmeric shot recipe will help you reset your body and take out the deadly toxic substances that are killing millions of people every year. The healthy advantage of this shot is that it is anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, herbicide, antiseptic and cancer preventive. 

Ingredients:

 1 inch of fresh ginger root

 2 inch knob fresh turmeric

 1 lemon

 1-2 teaspoons of honey

 2 cups of coconut water

Methods:

Placed the coconut water, ginger and turmeric into the blender and whip it. After the turmeric and ginger have been finally shredded make sure to strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve into a clean jar. Now you can add and mix the lemon juice and honey. Serve preferably with food that contains healthy fats and black pepper for maximum absorption.

 

Pineapple Wheatgrass Shots Recipe

Wheatgrass juice is a powerful, raw food that is got from the wheat plant. The grass of this plant has to be juiced when it is young and rich in chlorophyll. It also contains antioxidants like flavonoids and phenolic acid, iron, magnesium, calcium, selenium, and contains every mineral available, plus vitamins A, C, E, I, B-Complex, and K.

 Ingredients 

4 oz. fresh wheatgrass

 12 oz. fresh pineapple (peeled and cored)

 

Method:

Wash wheatgrass carefully, but thoroughly, then spread out on paper towels to dry. Cut pineapple up into uniform pieces that will easily pass through a juicer. Feed wheatgrass into the juicer, bunch by bunch. Remove froth from the top of wheatgrass juice and pour into a small jug. Add 3 parts of pineapple juice to wheatgrass juice and stir. Pour equal amounts of mixed juice into shot glasses, you should be just shy of filling each glass. Top with the balance of the pineapple juice then serve.

 

Amla Honey Shot Recipe

Ingredients

2 -Gooseberries (Amla), deseeded and chopped roughly

 

1/2 tbsp. Honey

 

1 tsp. Lemon juice

 

3/4 cup Water

 

1/8 tsp. Star anise powder

 

2 to 3 crushed Ice cubes

 

Method: 

Combine gooseberries (amla), star anise powder and water in a mixer and blend till smooth. Strain the liquid and keep aside. Add honey and lemon juice and give a stir. Pour into shot glasses, add crushed ice and serve.
