1. Tomato and cucumber juice
How To:
Peel off 1 cucumber and 2 tomatoes. Use a blender to squeeze out the juice and use a sieve to separate the seeds. Add pepper, salt and mint leave according to your taste. Drink it daily for best results.
Why It Works:
Both tomato and cucumber are great sources of water and vitamins. They fill up your stomach so that you don’t feel like having anything else.
Tip- For adding a bit of flavour you may add mint leaves and some spices.
2. Spinach and apple juice
How To:
Take about 200 grams of washed spinach and one whole apple. Blend them together in a blender, add some water for the consistency. Add a little bit of sugar if you like, otherwise add pepper and stir. You may consume this daily or 3-4 times a week for best results.
Why It Works:
Spinach is rich in vitamins and iron. It also contains folic acid, magnesium, potassium and carotene. Apple juice is great for digestion and also adds a good taste to the entire smoothie. The perfect detox drink.
Tip- Add a hint of honey to sweeten the juice.
3. Carrot and apple juice
How To:
Take 4-5 carrots and 1 apple and peel the skin. Blend them, use a sieve to separate the seeds and add spices of your choice. Drink this daily for best results.

Carrots are a powerhouse of vitamins, especially vitamin A. It boosts your energy and provides minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium. Carrots and apples are easily available and can satiate your sweet craving.

How To:
Approximately 120 grams of spinach, 1 apple, 1 cucumber and about 5-10 grams of ginger. Be very careful while adding ginger and add it at the end. First crush the apple and cucumber, then spinach and lastly ginger. Consume this daily for best results.
Why It Works: Ginger supports your immune system and fights diseases. Cucumber fills your stomach since, it has 95% of water content. Apples give a good taste to the juice and improves digestion, controlling the blood sugar level. Spinach contains a lot of iron and minerals like potassium, folic acid and carotene.

How To:
1/2 Pear and 1 Apple. Blend them, use a sieve to separate the seeds and add spices of your choice. Drink this daily for best results.

The flavonoids in apples and pears can help to improve insulin sensitivity and control blood sugar level. This again helps you to satiate your sweet tooth and control/prevent diabetes.

How To:
Use 2 Beetroots and about 4 roughly chopped strawberries. You may add a little bit of honey to make it taste a little sweet. Add some water for the consistency.

How To:
1 of each. Crush both of them together in a blender. Separate the seeds. Add a little bit of cream for the consistency. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

How To:
Wash about 150 grams of kale, grind and make a paste. Squeeze watermelon juice like you would normally do as per your container and add it to the paste. Crush some mint leaves for taste and make sure you drink this fresh. Consume daily or 3-4 times per week for best results.
